Parties can be hosted at our dance studio in Murray Bridge

Basic Disco Party $200

Recommended age 5+

 

Includes:

  • 1.5 hours venue hire

  • Party host for the duration of the party – including at least 5 games (prizes not supplied)

  • Up to 15 children

  • 2 x tables

  • 12 x chairs

  • 2 sets fairy lights

  • 2 x laser lights

  • Use of toilet

  • Use of small kitchen (bar fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle)

  • Music and sound system (with 2 microphones)

Dance/Acro Party: $200

Note: for Acro parties, all participating children must be at least 5 years, 9 months old. Acrobatics is not recommended for children under 6 for safety reasons and the majority of participants must be at least 6. Dance parties are recommended from age 5+.

  • 45 minutes of a dance class including learning a short jazz or street style dance routine OR beginner acrobatics lesson

  • Free dancing time/mini disco (use of 2 sets of laser lights are available)

  • Use of small kitchen (bar fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle)

  • Music and sound system (with 2 microphones)

Conditions for All Parties at TPOD studio

  • You will have access to the venue for 30 minutes prior to start time for set up.  TPOD will have tables, chairs, lights set up prior to your arrival.

  • You are responsible for any food and drink brought into and consumed on site. This includes ensuring safe food handling procedures, allergy awareness etc.

  • Strictly no alcohol or drugs are to be brought onto the premises. No participants (including their parents/guardians) are to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • At least 1 adult must remain on site at all times with the party host. This adult is ultimately responsible for the children’s safety and supervision.

  • Basic Hire does not include cleaning fees. Should you wish to clean the venue yourself, it must be returned back to the original state. If the cleaning is not found satisfactory, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. TPOD will provide a swivel mop, vacuum cleaner, surface spray and cloths. The floor must only be cleaned with water and the provided product (damp, not wet mop). Spots can be hand cleaned with a damp soapy cloth if needed. You will have access to the venue for up to 1 hour following the event for cleaning and pack-up. If you choose to pay for cleaning, excess charges may be incurred for very messy or dirty situations.

  • Any damage to TPOD property, including but not limited to furniture, mirrors, floor, kitchen appliances, sound system etc are to be paid at cost price by the hirer.

  • Optional Extras can only be supplied with adequate notice (usually 4 weeks).

  • By booking a party, you understand that dance is an activity of physical nature and that injuries can occur. You understand that for dance and acro parties, children’s parents/guardian will be required to sign a waiver to this regard. The Power of Dance or Staff are not responsible for any injuries which occur during parties.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The remainder of the party fee is to be paid prior to the party. Cash, card or bank transfers are accepted. Please use “(child’s name) Party” or invoice number as reference.

  • Cleaning, set up and pack up can be provided at extra cost as can themed decorations etc

Unless included in the package (at extra cost), the party booker is responsible for all decorations, set up and pack up, supervision of children, food, drinks, music etc. This service provides entertainment and games for children only. Please ensure that there is enough space to play games and access to a toilet.
