Owner/Director - The Power of Dance
January 2018 - Present
The Power of Dance is a dance studio located in Murray Bridge (regional SA). It provides quality dance education using a holistic and inclusive approach.
As the owner/director, I am responsible for all aspects of the business including administration, advertising, compliance, accounting/finance, program development, event management and more. I also teach almost all of the classes on a weekly basis.
Dance Teacher
January 2010 - Present
Working in a variety of dance settings, including studios, and teaching a range of dance styles including contemporary, classical ballet, jazz, acrobatics, tap, musical theatre, street, belly dance and more. Roles include program development, lesson planning, curriculum teaching, choreography and event management.
Dancer - Pre-professional & Professional
January 2011 - Present
Multiple shows a year, as both a full-time student and professionally paid performer. Choreographers include: Michelle Ryan, Kerrie Sinclair, Hugh Halliday, Brigida Miranda, Lee Brummer, Israel Aloni, Noni Vass Os and Tina Ebenreuter. I was dance captain for many of these shows.

Working in shopping centres in promotion and community engagement. Events include Easter (bunny and minder), Christmas (Elf) and NAIDOC week celebrations (event coordinator).
Baby Sitter/Child-Minder
Caring for children in both their home setting and public places. Providing activities, entertainment and education.
